10 Habits for a Better Day

Our present situation is the result of habits we have followed in the past. If we have to change our life, we really need to change our habits first.

I have mentioned the best and most fulfilling habits for a great life.

1. Smiling

An adult smiles 15 times a day, where a 5-year-old laughs 100-150 times a day or we can say they never stop smiling…

That’s why kids are happy and we are stressed out so, start smiling before it’s too late.

2. Reading Books

If you have any problem in your life, there is a book written about it.

Reading good books helps us to gain more knowledge about many different topics of our life including these:

  • Relationships
  • Health
  • Conversation skills
  • Mental health
  • History
  • Spirituality
  • Self-help
  • Career choice

Reading gives a broad view of our life and things around and makes us intelligent.

3. Learn to Exercise

Exercise is really important to keep us fit so we should never compromise with it.

Exercise is important for both children and adults if you don’t like exercise you can play any outdoor game that makes you sweat.

4. Sleep on Time

Late sleep can make you look old and exhausted and it affects our health in a negative way.

Sleeping on time can help you to wake up early.

5. Walk More

Instead of using two-wheeler or car every time, walk for small distances.

This will help in blood circulation in your body and keep you safe from diseases.

6. Eat Healthy food

Our health mostly depends on what we eat, so we have to choose healthy options.

If your stomach is healthy, you are almost 80% healthy because most dangerous diseases start from stomach like diabetes, cancer and acidity etc.

7. Keep a Personal Diary

Writing your thoughts in a diary makes you happy and releases stress.

It also makes your thoughts focused and boost your memory and inspire creativity.

8. Saying “Thanks” and “Sorry”

No matter how great you become you should always be humble.

These words will always detox your EGO.

9. Track all Expenses

Tracking your expenses will help you to manage your money and make you financially aware.

This habit will automatically install habits of money-saving and working honestly in your brain.

10. Make to-do lists

Sometimes making a list reminds you what to do and when to do.

This is an important habit.

You can make this in a notebook or in an app like Microsoft’s To-Do.

I hope you loved these, more articles about habits coming soon. Thanks got reading.
