Are you tired of your mental chaos? Can’t focus on one thing at a time? Low attention span? Want to suicide? Meditation is for everyone, no matter from which age, gender or religion you come.

122 people suicide daily, due to depression and anxiety. It doesn’t mean that they were weak but it shows they got no way out.

Everyone wants mental peace but they don’t know how, they think this is impossible in the modern world, but it’s not true.

Meditation can heal your life, it can help you in a way no medicine can ever do. It can cure the biggest of diseases and help you redesign your life, with an unbreakable focus and presence of mind.

I am gonna reveal the easiest method of meditation to you, practice it daily with faith in it.

Step-1: Sit Straight.

Sit straight and you keep your spine straight as a sword. Sitting straight helps your heart to supply oxygenated blood from top to bottom. Oxygen is very important for our brain to function, this is basic science.

Step-2: Close your eyes.

Closing our eyes while meditating helps us to cut the supply of distractions of our surroundings. It also helps us to increase our focus. When we don’t see anything, then we can easily redirect our mind to something we want it to do.

Step-3: What to think.

People think that they have to stop their thoughts and just focus! Focus! and FOCUS! but this is not how it works. You can’t stop your thoughts or thinking something because it is brain it is for thinking, it is an involuntary muscle we don’t have command over it, it even thinks when you are sleeping.

You can’t stop it but you can give it something to think. Give your brain something to do, focus on your breath, on your nostrils, imagine how the air goes in from your nostrils when you slowly breath and how it comes out in a few seconds. I am listing the way of breathing while meditation below.

  • Inhale slowly…
  • Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds.
  • Exhale slowly…

While doing it imagine how the air goes down in your stomach and comes out in a few seconds. In this way, you can keep your monkey mind busy. Later when you master it, you can think about a particular object, thought or you can affirm your self.

When you are starting meditation, do it daily for only 5-10 minutes after 21 days you can increase it to 15-20 minutes and slowly you can adjust by your needs. Always remember when you are meditating, meditate daily, consistency is the key.
