We are not perfect and we will never be, but we can be better and maybe the best versions of ourselves, to reach that level we need to follow some set of rules and we have to practice some good habits.

Rules are freedom, we should always a personal set of life rules that keep us on the right path to become better. The journey to becoming bad to good, ordinary to extraordinary is known as ” Self-Improvement Journey “.

Affirmation is one of the most influential tools to reprogram the human mind.

Affirmations in New Thought and New Age terminology refer primarily to the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment—fostering a belief that “a positive mental attitude supported by affirmations will achieve success in anything.” More specifically, an affirmation is a carefully formatted statement that should be repeated to one’s self and written down frequently. For affirmations to be effective, it is said that they need to be present tense, positive, personal and specific.

You can try affirmations early in the morning or just before sleeping in the night because this is the time where the subconscious mind pays attention to you. I am listing some common affirmations below.

  • I am stronger than I think.
  • I can do anything.

If you want, you can write them down on paper and read out loud every morning.

Yoga

Imagine you have an excellent mind but not so excellent health, that will be really sad. That’s why I recommend you to do a little Yoga daily, this is a practice done by Hindus to stay healthy and to connect to the divine but thanks to them that they share it with the world. Yoga Asanas are easy to do and they relax our body and mind and make us more intelligent and attractive.

I am listing some easy to do Yoga Asanas that anyone can do regularly.

Reading Books

Reading books gonna increase your wisdom and the more wisdom you have the fewer problems will disturb you. Reading is one of the best habits that anyone can develop.

There are books about almost everything from needles to missiles. You can read books about different things to improve different aspects of your life, for example, Biographies, Memoirs, Non-fiction, Relationship Related etc.

Plan Your Routine

Take a notebook and plan what things you have to do tomorrow, then follow it and complete the important work you have written in it. This habit will make you productive and creative.

Planning your day is very easy, it takes only two minutes and organizes all the mess in your life.

Mental Diet

Make a diet chart about your mind, what do you want to feed to your mind? We should always censor what we are putting in our mind. We should always feed positive things to our mind.

We can direct our mental powers and energy in a positive way by reading good books, by watching good videos, by reading good blog articles.
